Below is a spreadsheet that I created to help track what my son Alex was eating each day.  You will see there two sides:  the left is the planned meals for the day and the right is what he actually ate.  We watched and made sure we compensated for calories if he didn't finish a meal.  I left a few days as example.  I also would copy multiple pages to add sheets to the workbook.  I filed them by year.   If you have any questions about how to use the sheet, please email me and I will be happy to help you.  Scott   (info@ketoclub.org)
